Thank you for shopping with ENDARY. Because we operate as a dropshipping store and ship directly from our suppliers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any orders. All sales are final.
However, we understand that things don't always go as planned. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we may offer a refund or replacement under the conditions outlined below.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. To qualify:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide a clear description of the issue
- Include photo evidence of the damage or defect, along with the packaging
Once we review and verify your claim, we will notify you of the decision and either:
- Issue a full or partial refund, or
- Send a replacement item at no extra cost (subject to availability)
Conditions That Do Not Qualify
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
- Orders placed with incorrect shipping information
- Minor imperfections (slight misprints, color variations, etc.)
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or customer error
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
How to Report an Issue
Please email us at business@endary.shop with:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the problem
- Photos of the item and packaging showing the damage or defect
Refund Processing
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
