ENDARY sells music-themed merchandise via a dropshipping model. This means products are shipped directly from third-party suppliers. While we strive to ensure all product information is accurate, we are not liable for errors in product descriptions, pricing, availability, or delivery times caused by our suppliers. 

 

3. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: 

• Product availability
• Errors in product description or pricing
• Suspicious or fraudulent transactions
• Violation of these Terms

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase unless it has already been processed. 

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs vary based on the supplier’s location and your shipping address. Please allow 7–21 business days for delivery depending on the destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or unforeseen issues. 

 

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer refunds for defective or damaged items. To be eligible: 

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
• Provide photo evidence of the issue
• Item must be unused and in original condition

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect sizing unless otherwise stated. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.
